With more than twenty years of real estate experience, Rik is building a new way of living for students. As an NVM Register Makelaar & Taxateur, he learned about the market from real estate brokerage, valuation, operation, and development. His strength is translating the parents’ need for security and continuity into an accessible and reliable housing concept.

Edgar is a versatile entrepreneur with experience in technology and real estate. He founded PayPlaza, among other things, and has been active in real estate for 25 years. His strength lies in innovative real estate projects, smart financing structures, and sustainable concepts that create lasting value.
Sales
Anna is responsible for sales. Based on her years of experience in real estate and the Utrecht housing market, she knows that a home is more than just four walls. Personal guidance, collaboration, and finding the right housing solution are key to her approach.
Renovation, restoration & finishing
Eddy is responsible for the conversion, restoration and finishing of the homes. He checks and renews technical installations and detects hidden defects. With his dedicated team, he ensures a technically complete and well-maintained handover.
Estate agent
Marjolein guides the sales process from start to finish: from viewings and customer contact to purchase agreements and complete dossiers. Her strength lies in personal contact, involvement, and careful guidance.
Real estate entrepreneur & commercial partner
Sem focuses on commercial development, customer support and sales strategy. He brings experience in operations, management, leasing and sales. His strengths lie in entrepreneurship, commerce and personal guidance.
Marketing & construction guidance
Edgar Alex is responsible for content and advertising, creating construction plans and monitoring the progress of projects. Drawing on his entrepreneurial experience, he combines creativity and commercial insight with a practical approach and attention to detail.
